To return a product, please first read the following terms and conditions then follow our procedure.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Once received back in our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full credit note; we are not liable to cover your return carriage costs if the goods are damaged, as we don’t charge for delivery above one carton.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 days to inform us of the fault .Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all documentation and please be aware we are not liable to cover carriage costs for returns. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or a full credit note.
Open / Damaged Box
If the box that your goods arrives in , has any damage or looks like it has been opened and there are items missing, we must be informed as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem immediately . When your goods arrive you must count all the cartons in front of the driver and sign the P.O.D either damaged or goods missing.
Once we have received the claim back from our carriers we shall issue you with a credit note.
